Terms of Service

By accessing or using RichestDevs, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Public rankings and boost purchases do not require an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for its security and for activity performed through it. An account does not create ownership rights over an app listing.

RichestDevs ranks active listings by confirmed spend. Anyone may purchase a boost for any supported app. A payment increases the confirmed spend associated with that listing; it does not buy a permanent numbered position or ownership of the listing. Other confirmed payments can move a listing up or down after checkout.

Rank previews and projected totals shown before checkout reflect the board at that time and are not reservations. Each confirmed payment adds the amount charged to the listing's cumulative spend, so another payment can confirm first and change the resulting total or rank. The Stripe webhook confirmation, rather than the browser success redirect, determines when spend is recorded publicly.

Paying for rank does not guarantee downloads, installs, revenue, traffic, clicks, customer interest, or any particular duration at a rank. Store availability and app metadata are controlled by the relevant app marketplace.

Listings must resolve to supported official App Store or Google Play pages. Do not use RichestDevs for impersonation, fraud, unlawful activity, malicious content, or attempts to bypass security, moderation, payment, or rate-limit controls. Listings can be hidden or removed when needed for safety, integrity, legal, or store-availability reasons.

Checkout is processed by Stripe. The amount charged is shown before payment. Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes can change the spend that remains attributed to a listing and may affect whether the listing is publicly ranked.

RichestDevs is provided on an as-available basis. Ranking rules, supported stores, limits, categories, and service availability may change as the product evolves. Material terms should be reflected on this page when updated.
